Booking Bobcat is run by one person, Jake, in Palm Bay, FL. This page says what I collect when you use this site, call, or text me, and what happens to it.

What I collect

• What you type into a form on this site: your name, email or phone number, company, and anything else you tell me.
• What you type into the chat on this site, so I can pick up the conversation where it left off.
• When you call or text my business line: your phone number, the time of the call, and the texts we exchange.

How I use it

Only to answer your inquiry: to reply to you, schedule work, and follow up on what you asked about. I don’t send marketing texts, and I don’t sell your information.

Text messages

If you give me your phone number on this site, or call my business line and I miss it, I may text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop getting texts at any time; you’ll get one confirmation and nothing after that.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Services that handle it for me

I use a few service providers to run this, and they process your information only to do that job: Vercel (hosts the site), Supabase (stores form submissions and chat messages), Resend (emails me when a form comes in), Twilio (phone calls and texts), and DeepSeek (writes the chat’s replies). None of them may use it for their own marketing.

How long I keep it

As long as it’s useful for working with you. Ask me to delete it and I will, apart from anything I’m legally required to keep.
